Makkan cooperate with the customer to set the aesthetic and technical aspects of the project with the aim to improve the implementation of the concept. The product is engineered by developing the project with CAD / CAM programs in order to be able to study all the aspects and potential problems, avoiding them before producing the final product.
Makkan is structured to offer a dedicated service to create prototypes, designed to improve and monitor every detail both aesthetically and technically before final production.
Once completed the drawing and following a careful analysis focused to enhance the strengths of every concept, Makkan engineers and builds the mould to start the production.
The moulding process involves the injection of the agglomerate into the mould, in which the polymerization of each product is monitored to achieve hardening timings and a rank of hardness constant over time.
The production involves various steps in order to guarantee the stability of the product. The raw materials, chosen on the basis of the efficiency and the physical-chemical qualities, are mixed in automated systems with the aim to obtain optimal formulations adapted to the needs of the product. The fundamental steps of injection of the material in the liquid state into moulds and polymerization are monitored continuously to analyze the timing of casting, the timing of the additions of the gel and the timing of hardening of the agglomerate. The final stage of polymerization takes place in the furnace; the product can be subjected to all those required mechanical operations in our dedicated department. In order to obtain a perfect product and eliminate visible junctions are required the smoothing process and the polishing process just before quality control and packaging.
The molding process of the TëkorLux involves the application of a film of acrylate polyester resin, splash inside the mold. After the hardening process the product can be removed from the mold.
The hardening heat treatment is carried out with the purpose to complete the polymerization and the hardening of the product, which, depending on the composition, will have different timing of cooking.
All the appropriate processes of opening drain holes are made after the hardening of the piece, cutting and shaped cutting by CNC machines.
In the process of surface finishing of the product is required a first analysis to assess any minute excoriation or excess of material in every molded part; then all the finishing processes are activated to make each part perfect.
All Tëkor surfaces can be cut and pasted eliminating the junctions. This gives the opportunity to implement different customizations, such as cutting to size, making the use of each mold very versatile.
The visible part of each product is sandblasted or polished to provide an optical and tactile effect even and consistent in the whole surface.
The efficiency of every stage of the production process is the basis of the quality that Makkan wants to offer. The production process is constantly monitored to ensure maximum attention during every stage of production. The ultimate goal is to maintain the highest quality standards through technological innovation and highly qualified personnel.
Each product is packed individually to ensure their safety during transport.
