The production involves various steps in order to guarantee the stability of the product. The raw materials, chosen on the basis of the efficiency and the physical-chemical qualities, are mixed in automated systems with the aim to obtain optimal formulations adapted to the needs of the product. The fundamental steps of injection of the material in the liquid state into moulds and polymerization are monitored continuously to analyze the timing of casting, the timing of the additions of the gel and the timing of hardening of the agglomerate. The final stage of polymerization takes place in the furnace; the product can be subjected to all those required mechanical operations in our dedicated department.
